Local office information

Crewscape reads local Claude Code and Codex activity records to display the office. Local state can include history, settings and subscription activation data. Monitoring and AI interactions have different data flows.

AI interactions

When you use an integrated AI feature, your messages, selected project context and tool results may be processed through your chosen provider integration under that provider’s terms. The app is not an entirely offline service.

Subscription information

The planned billing service processes activation references, subscription and customer identifiers, checkout links and payment-status information. It is designed not to receive project files or chat transcripts. Card details are handled by the payment provider rather than Crewscape’s desktop code.

Updates and website hosting

The desktop can connect to GitHub to check for updates. Website and billing hosting providers may process connection and security logs. This draft uses no analytics scripts, advertising trackers, newsletter forms or payment forms.

Before publication

The final policy must name the verified operator and contact, production processors, retention periods, applicable legal bases and rights-request procedure. These choices have not been finalised; this draft must not be used as the privacy policy for live sales.
